One of the key Santai highlights of our trip was visiting all 5 locations of the Penang Container Arts. The Arts were first launched in early 2020 and was supposed to end in May the same year. However due to the Covid 19 pandemic, the entire festival was postponed and fortunately the Container Arts were still around.
In total there are 5 spread all over Penang and we managed to hunt all 5 locations. However you will need a vehicle to get you to all 5 locations as some are located on the outskirts of the city.

However, another surprise awaits us in Balik Pulau, Street art by Siberian born Russian Artist Julia Volchkova and Lithuanian born Artist Ernest Zacharevich.
All these murals are located in Balik Pulau, however most of them are already fading, one of the paintings was so faded and someone painted over the original mural...πππ
