Simple Day Out to United Malaysian Orchids

 It was a simple day out to United Malaysian Orchids Farm. There are 2 big Orchid Farms (that I know of) around the vicinity of Rawang, the other is the popular World of Phalaenopsis located in Ulu Yam. I would say both are equally interesting and good to visit as they are unique in their own way, 

United Malaysian Orchids is located along the Rawang - Batu Arang trunk Road, you can't miss the farm as there is a sign board along the road

Initially, going by Google Maps, the location is closer than what is stated on the map.... So you need to keep a look out if you're going by Google Maps

The farm is quite huge and it'll take you quite some time to walk the entire farm, and an interesting one too. Orchids are beautifully arranged in rows and you can get some bargains from time to time. The workers are very helpful to explain the different orchid species. However I wished they put the prices on each type so as not to keep asking all the time
