To be fair, we Malaysian have a problem too....While we blame our incompetent government for it's lack of decisive SOPs, Malaysians are just openly defying SOP to run around..... everywhere!!! We cannot stay home to break the chain..... Nope, we just can't be lockdown in our own home.
Our cases have been rising steadily over the past few weeks and yet we go for all the bazaars, shopping malls and whatnot..... However there is one thing for sure that I don't understand (or not meant to)
We allow all these places that is high potential for infections knowing that there will be crowds but we close some of our parks and forest for activities like hiking or climbing or even golfing!!! DUHHH??? After all exercising is a form to strengthen our immunity system.... Of course not everyone can afford an expensive bicycle to go cycling.....
The issue starts when the govt adds in the phrase dan lain lain and we will be left wondering what this means.... included...not included... and to be fair this is where our enforcement officers will have problems and we will end up arguing with them till the cows come home
It would do this country a whole lot good IF.....and I mean IF our various Ministries just get together to discuss and make a firm SOP.... not the ones that one Ministry say one thing and the other Ministry say something else
Let's hope.... and pray.... that common sense will prevail and RIGHT and PROPER SOPs will be implemented 🙏🙏🙏🙏
