LOCK-IN....LOCK DOWN....LOCK UP...... Home Cook Bibimbap

 The C19 virus don't seem to be slowing down and Malaysia's figures keep hitting 4 figures!!!!😱😱😱😱. One way to keep occupied is to improve one's cooking skills....Come to think of it, cooking is the easy part but the prep and cleaning is another story all together.
So... decided to try a one plate dish... Korean Chap Farn (mix rice or Bibimbap). Basically you can get various recipes for this cuisine and stretch your imagination a bit to add what you want in your Bibimbap...We decided to Malaysianised it but keeping the Korean sauces for marinated meat and dipping sauce. 

My Bibimbap consist of brown rice, carrots, bell pepper, chinese cabbage, gochujang marinated pork, fried egg, seaweed and kimchi side dish











A simple no frill dinner and easy to cook. You can choose to mix and match the veg and in some instances, taugeh is added as well.

For us, we just made use of whatever was available in our fridge.
