Finally... Managed to get out of "home arrest" for some nice cool fresh air in Bukit Kiara... Nothing much has changed in Bukit Kiara, still as green as ever albeit some plants have mysteriously disappeared from Tanaman Perubatan.. π€π€π€
There's a signage that describes different types of medicinal plantsThe place is still well maintained and credit must be given to the guys there looking after the place... Well done guys... Keep it up
The clean, cool and quiet road but watch out for the monkeys
Compost...
Organic fertiliser
Recycling...

You can opt for easy tarmac walking or take one of the off road trails to make your journey exciting. There are many trails to follow and maps are displayed at some of the places. Alternatively you can download trail apps like komoot or alltrails. They have all the routes laid out for you to follow.
I opted for dual trails i.e. Part tarmac and part off trails... Just to have best of both worlds...
One interesting and good thing about off trail is you never know what you'll see or expect... Like this little rare and beautiful worm below
This is a hammerhead worm or known as Bipaliumπ±π±π±
Or just enjoy the off trail path that is well laid out.... You can't get lost
Take a slow walk and enjoy the fauna On our way in and out there were some die hard birdie group waiting for hours just to capture photos of woodpeckers.... Oh Well... bird watchersπππ
Their cameras and lenses are probably more expensive than my car π€£π€£π€£Overall I took a nice and easy one and half hour hike, burned about 700 cal over 5km. Worthy of a morning outing
